Advice required selling an apartment with out A/B Khata

Hello Friends,

I own an apartment with in the BBMP limits and the apartment does not have bifurcated A khata. Also, the land where the aprtment is constructed is a B-Khata property. But banks like IDBI, HDFC and LIC HFL are providing loan for the property.

From other threads that I have gone thru, B-Khata is not of much value/importance. Now my question is that I want to sell my property, can I sell my property without A/B khata or do I need a B-khata atleast?
