I am new to this forum. I was looking for feedback on RKN residency on Doddaballapur Devanahalli road. The sites are sold out and a few are available on resale. I am looking for a resale. The rates quoted are Rs 1300-1400 per sft.
Request help from the experts on the forum on the following questions
1) Is it a good investment from a 5 year perspective.
2) Any know issues with the layout
3) Some of the posters shows Prerana Constructions while the layout is listed under unnathidevelopers in its website. Any idea on how and why it is like this.
