I am looking for 2 BHK around 1000 sq.ft.

I had a look at athreya homes apartment at madambakkam, they quote rs 4100 sq.ft.

How reputed is this builder, has any of you had previous experience with this builders?

what is the market price in madambakkam. your suggestions are welcome
