I have been debating whether to buy a flat in IP or a house in sector like Omicron in GN. I really want some greenery and peace which is hardly available in IP. But again house in GN would not serve any purpose. I can not possibly live there due to work for another 10-15 years. I want to go ahead with flat in IP.
Guys, please advise which project to go for? I want something which will be ready in 6 months to 1 year or sooner. My budget would be around 70 Lakhs. I checked out ATS and Orange county. I guess they are beyond my budget.
This could be a debatable subject. But I don't think property price increasing atleast until election. if there is a hung mandate, it may even go down. What do you guys think?
