Suggestion to buy 1BHK/2BHK flat in Pune with budget of 45lacs in these locations Baner/Pimpri/Ravet

I am planning to buy (for end use) 1BHK or compact 2 BHK flat in Pune with budget of 45 lacs.
Please suggest me few projects\builders with good construction quality & on time completion record, in these locations Baner, Pimpri or Ravet with position in 2 years (March 2016).

Also please provide your suggestions for this project in
Pimpri location (Nehru Nagar, near PCMC office Ambedkar chowk)
