If anyone could advise me on which is a good location for property investment around Mumbai or Pune.. I am looking for a property purchase purely from investment point of view. Budget is around 60L and would like to go for under construction property to be completed by 2014
I visited two areas Global City Virar west and Ulwa Navi Mumbai . Both have terrible infrastructure and looks like it will take more than 10 years for any meaningful appreciation. My investment horizon is 5-7 Years Max
Any other areas around Mumbai Navi Mumbai or Pune suggested?
