Society On Highway betweeen Zirakpur and Derabassi

One of my friend is member in society and their society got plot alloted on highway between zirakpur and derabassi. 1400 sft flat will cost around 20 lakhs.....membership is available at very small premium.

Does any one have idea about the location and scope of appreciation?

It was told it is few meters from main highway.

Hello, I am thinking of investing in either Ansal Kundli or Eldeco off NH1 in Sonepat. Budget is around 90L-1C.

Questions:
1) Is Ansal Kundli worthwhile investment? Everything is in resale unlike Eldeco where I will be directly dealing with company - no black/white problems.
2) Eldeco is much cheaper than Kundli but land are will be larger - is it a good investment looking forward?
3) Any other suggestions for that sort of budget?

Hi,

I went to their office and talked to BINU(a representative) and gave advance for a plot almost 10 months back. From that time he is saying same thing "BMRDA approval will come in 2 months". He has not changed his dialog and not ashamed to say same thing every time.

Now they are asking for second installment(2,00,000) to develop the layout.

Before taking money, he will call you 100 times, talks very sweet and says that he will take complete responsibility but after paying advance he treats you like a slave. He never cares and understand what you are saying and to my surprise he shouts at a customer.

Hello friends , with so many launches pouring in everyday , it gets difficult to keep a track of the same. I am an end user and with great difficulty have managed a 80L budget for a 2BHK flat in GGN. I have access to 25L from my savings and investments and looking to source a loan for the remainder.

I am currently staying in my parent's house so do not have the rent pressure mounting on me . Am willing to move out to my den in 3 years time. Have the following confusion and would appreciate if someone could shed light as I am a newbie on this platform :
- would sectors adjoining dwarka ie. 112 , 111 , 109 , 110 would reap better profits in the years to come OR
would sectors touching both the NH8 and DEW i.e. 83,77,78,82 would turn out to better investments ?

I am looking for 1200 sq feet area and imagining 6k rs/sq ft would set me back my 80L. Am I missing something here or headed in the right direction ?:(
