Around 4 years back we have bough one flat under my wife's name in Palam Vihaar phase II ,Gurgaon. We live in Jaipur, Rajasthan so used my friend's address in Bahadurgarh,Haryana for registry. Even at the time of registry my friend's mother was present in place of my wife. We are planning to get the address changed but not sure about the process. My wife doesn't have any address proof for Bahadurgard address but has all formal documents (AAdhar card, ration card, voter ID etc.) addressed to Jaipur.
anyone has any idea how cumbersome this process is likely be ? any pointer will be really helpful.

I would like to seek advice on buying residential property on GCX,gurgaon for Ready-to-move/ 6-12 months possession time. I studied the Grand Arch, HeritageOne and Skyon so far. As skyon is yet to deliver the first phase possession in coming 6 months, and GrandArch which as already reached a peak of 10k-11k per sq feet, and HeritageOne equally trading high, what could be the wiser option for end-user as well as investment for 5-6 years down the line. Does the upcoming Metro plan seem to boost the circle rate as well.
What are the stakes on Tata Raisina, with no proper approach road; will it see any rise in 5-6 years?
Will Tata Primanti have a good scope for investment?
I am also looking at the subvention schemes for another investment in GCX or Sohna Road, Gurgaon. Please throw some light on the best projects for this as well. Or shall i wait a little more ?

Hi Friends - I am looking for a secured 3BHK floor/apartment in a locality with good greenery and parks. It's very important for me that the place is in a well occupied locality and not more than 6-7km from huda city centre. My budget is between 1-1.2cr.
I have seen some societies in sector 56 and some gated builder floors like today blossoms, but I am quite confused in terms of which is a better neighbourhood. Also, are there more such options available in my budget, with the given constraints.
To sum up, my key requirements are:
1) Proximity to huda city center (within 6-7km)
2) Budget of 1.2cr
3) Gated Society with good park/green area
4) Well occupied locality

I have a flat under construction on the 9th floor of a 13 storey building, in one of the 10 buildings along with a lot of green area built by the builder. The FSI of the whole society is approx. 1.97. Now, the UDS as mentioned in the agreement will be calculated based on the spot area of my building only, whereas I believe since the FSI of the whole society was considered for buidling the multi storey's, the UDS should be the measured based on the whole society area, which should include the open area. Can any expert comment on this and provide clarity. The society is developing in Punjab.
